Returns
All requests for returns or exchanges must be made via our contact form or by sending a request by email to ozario.shop@gmail.com
OZARIO has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to ship/return it to our return center for a refund or exchange.
REFUND CONDITIONS:
Refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
- Items must be returned in perfect condition (unworn and unwashed), in their original packaging, with the receipt and all accessories: boxes, pouches, labels, protections, etc.
- No refunds will be accepted if the product is damaged and/or has been used. The package will be returned to the sender.
- Any package returned after the prescribed period will be refused and returned to the sender.
- Refunds are issued exclusively to the original purchaser using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refund processing time may take up to 14 days from receipt of the returned product. Return shipping costs and any potential customs duties will be deducted from your refund.
- OZARIO cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to packages. Packages for which customer identification (first name, last name, address, and return code) is not possible will be refused.
- Items purchased with competition discounts can only be refunded in the form of a credit note.
- An item obtained for free following a competition cannot be returned.
- A personalized item cannot be returned.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
If you are interested in a different size, color, or style, please return your items to us and simply place a new order for the piece you are interested in on OZARIO.FR
We may occasionally allow exchanges for the same item for a different size. Please contact us via our contact form or by emailing ozario.shop@gmail.com.
- OZARIO does not accept any exchanges when the price of an item is different from the initial price paid.
- The customer has the option to request a size exchange for the same item only once.
- The exchange request may be accepted or refused by OZARIO customer service (for example, if the exchange conditions are not met, the item is no longer available, etc.)
