Order validation

The order will be recorded and validated as soon as the payment is accepted by the banking service. Once your order is placed, the amount will be deducted from your account.

Returns 

Easy returns: if an item does not suit you, simply return it to us for a refund. Please consultour returns policy. 

Order cancelled

Sometimes, an order or part of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons. In particular, for the following reasons:

• Article(s) not available

• Difficulty processing your payment information

• Unable to ship to the address provided

• A duplicate order has been placed

If we cancel your order, you will receive an email from our customer service team explaining the reason for the cancellation. You will not be charged for the canceled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact us  via our contact form  or by emailing ozario.shop@gmail.com.
